Watching VMAs. Depressed by what I see. I really should know better and have less expectations. I thought the VMAs hit rock bottom last year with the Britney Spears' performance, but I was sadly wrong. The set at Paramount was depressing, most of the musical acts performed in soundstages nearby and the host was definitely not amusing, just annoying. The fashion overall was horrendous and I noted that Lil Wayne was wearing Polo Ralph Lauren boxer briefs. The only the the whole show really had going for it was the graphics when they showed the nominees.
Also, wtf the new Microsoft commercials? I know I wasn't the only one who didn't get why Bill Gates shook his groove thing.
On another note, doesn't Chester Bennington look just like Bono?
