A few things everyone should know

1. Freddie Mercury (deceased lead singer of Queen) was born Farrokh Bulsara. Yes, he is of Indian descent. Who knew right? I always thought he was British, and in some pictures he looks a lot like Sacha Baren Cohen who actually is British despite famously portraying a Kazakh.

2. Lauren Zalaznick, who was responsible for the turnaround of Bravo with such shows as Project Runway and Top Chef, was also the creative mastermind behind Pop-Up Video back in the day. Meaning, I have a new role model - apparently she knows everything there is to know about pop culture.

3. Chief Justice John Roberts quoted Bob Dylan's "Like A Rolling Stone" in a recent dissent. Evidently this is a major development as a song lyric has never before been used in a Supreme Court decision but only in lower courts. I just think it's funny that a Supreme Court justice has even heard of rock music before, though he did pick kind of a cliche line meaning he's probably not a hardcore fan.
