I'm not the only one that loves the amazing deal they got leasing an apartment Stuyvesant Town, according to an article published Sunday. Scroll 3/4 of the way through the article to see that the couple in the story also live on 14th and B - for all I know they could be my next door neighbors. And funnily enough, one picture in the article features my street corner.
I was wondering when people were going to discover the (relatively) cheap rent, included utilities and amazing location, aka something in the borough of Manhattan, that my roommates and I had. Good thing we snagged up a unit before they become extinct and enjoy 2 years of comfort in our red-walled rooms freely running the dishwasher. Yum.
**Just as an add on, I'm not trying to be a gigantic creeper, but I swear I saw the very couple featured in the article walking into a building as I was coming home last night with their dog. It was definitely unsettling.
And, before I went to bed last night, I also spied on my next door neighbors who were getting busted by Stuy Town security for being loud. Not sure how we manage to bypass a similar warning, but there you go. It was quite entertaining; our peephole is very large.
