People who make me feel extremely unaccomplished

because they are amazingly successful and younger than me. Yes, at the tender age of 20, I have already experienced the unpleasant sensation of feeling old. And I bet it's only downhill from here... So here are a few people who are way cooler than me.

Marketa Irglova (b. February 28, 1988)
Singer-songwriter from the Czech Republic who starred in the movie Once I fell in love with last December. Turns out the indie movie became such a sensation that it led to Marketa and Glen Hansard winning a Best Song Oscar for their song "Falling Slowly." And who can forget that moment when Jon Stewart brought her back onstage to give a proper acceptance speech. She reminds me of my friend Ashley who is so elegant and pretty in an understated way. She's the kind of person who makes you want to do nice things for the world and buy more men's blazers. Sigh.

Kevin Durant (b. September 29, 1988)
2007 National College Player of the Year with University of Texas and 2008 NBA Rookie of the Year with the Seattle Supersonics, plus a $$$ endorsement with Nike. I'm mainly just jealous because he plays against guys like Kevin Garnett, Dirk Nowitzki and Shawn Marion. I'd like to swape lives with him for a day, if only to see what it feels like to be 6'9'' and 215 pounds with size 18 shoes. Your life sucks Greg Oden.

Michael Cera (b. June 7, 1988)
Juno was my favorite movie last year. The gold shorts Paulie Bleeker wore was probably my favorite part of the movie. That alone is enough for me to want to kidnap Michael Cera because he is so freakin' adorable. I saw him last winter when I was walking to a group meeting down Broadway on a film set. Judging from imdb, I would say that he was filming a movie called Nick and Nora's Infinite Playlist. All I remember is he was wearing a warm looking coat with a fur hood and was standing next to the bagel table in 20 degree weather. I didn't stop to chat because I was late. I now regret it.
